Re: INT: Chewbacca Bowcaster Run
Well, got a lot done today. Milled down the entire stock to thin it up a bit. Milled the bolt slot in, trigger guard and more. Then lots of sanding! Took a break to bend up aluminum to create the cover for the string catch. http://i752.photobucket.com/albums/xx165/jweger77/Chewbacca%20Mask%20Build/5...

The stock of the bow will be accurately reproduced using both photos of Horton Safari Crossbow and their actual measurements. The stocks would be cast in resin reinforced with an inter...

Re: Hello from Chicago!
A Chewie suit is 3 wig workers, several cases of beer, and Clone Wars Marathon, you know Saturday! I'll actually probably have more time for large scale fur/wig commissions once school is out in May, and once I clear the shoulders for Darth Krayt, I got a tiny apartment that I work out of so doesn'...

Welcome Michelle! So fantastic to have you stop and check in. Very cool to see someone talking about two of the lesser done costumes out there, and great ones at that as well. I look forward to seeing the progress on them. Ah, someone with wig making experience? Excellent, send me your address and I...

Welcome Thunder! We've got a handful of taller TKs here. Fx can look pretty good on a 6'4 frame. TK3446 here is right about that height and looks good in FX. Whether you stay with that or go clone is up to you. Either way, welcome and fire away with the questions.
