One thing to note is depending on how you fasten the belt ive found that abs plates, because it's thicker and sturdier, will add a little to your "circumference". So be ready for the possibility of needing to adjust your belt.

Yellowing will happen, but as long as you don't store your armor in direct sunlight it really won't be an issue for many years. If you're still trooping at that point you can either paint it, or do what some others have done and convert it to a sandtrooper.

Yes, stay away from those websites, they're trying to rip you off. Unless you're going for TM armor which is the cadillac of Stormtrooper armor, a kit should not cost you more than like $800.
