Go down to your local Pepboys, and grab a can of Fiberglass Resin. Cover the crack with masking tape -on the outside of the crack, and make sure you run your finger over the tape where the crack is, to seal it good. Follow the mixing instructions on the can, and mix up enough resin to cover the crac...

You should maybe keep an eye out for an "Armor Party" you can meet some of the Troops, and get some help, all in the same time.

I have the full Keaton Suit, when it first came out it was 400 bucks.

the only real disappointment I thought in that suit was the belt.

Did you happen to see any better belts for the Keaton Batman during your research?
