We arrived at 2:30 at the residence and suited up in a Star Wars themed toy room before the guests arrived. at 3 we made our presence known to about 20 very excited six and seven year olds. We participated in a series of Jedi training games and activities including a high intensity dueling session with the Dark Lord himself. In the end, photos were taken, gifts were opened, and cake was devoured. At 4:45, we said our goodbyes and engaged in a parade of high fives and hugs with the guests. The parents hired a professional photographer to document the event and has agreed to email some of the photos to post on the boards. The parents expressed their appreciation with kind words and a $200 donation to the American Cancer Society. Thank you Gaza and Steve for making a last minute troop truly a lot of fun!

I utilized our contact for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at the Fox Valley office.
