IL - Godfrey/62035 - Fall Corn Festival - SAT. 9/29/12

The Midwest Garrison made it out to the Corn Fest in Godfrey, IL for the second year in a row. The theme this year for the event was "Out of this World". Unlike the fake aliens displayed in areas, according to some kids, we were the real deal.

We stationed ourselves around the Make A Wish booth. Fans could take photos with us or have the MAW take the photo and they would print it out on the spot for a $1 donation. We took photos for a good 2 hours and really had a blast.

Would loved to have seen Darth Maul (Chad) get lost in the corn maze and then just start doing a beat down on the corn stalks with his saber. They already stated they'd love to have us back next year as well, so it's probably better off that he didn't.

We helped raise a total of $286!
