IL-Chicago-Museum of Science & Industry event 6/14/2007

On Thursday evening, June 14, 2007 the Museum Of Science & Industry invited about a dozen costumed Star Wars characters / Members of the local 501st Legion Midwest Garrison and Rebel Legion Midwest Base / to appear at their Group Sales and Tourism VIP Special Event, where we were asked to represent the excitement of the upcoming Star Wars exhibit. The event was fairly small, with approximately 150 guests.
Guests arriving at the Great Hall were greeted and escorted to the elevators and escalators by stormtroopers, Tie Pilots and a couple of droids! As the guests reached the mezzanine level, Boba Fett and Anakin Skywalkers guided them to the Rotunda level where Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Old Ben Kenobi, Chewbacca and Darth Vader greeted them at the rooster party set up in front of the entrance to the Museum's current exhibit (CSI: The Experience)

The Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination exhibit will be coming to the Museum of Science & Industry in Chicago in early October 2007 running through the beginning of January 2008.

It looked like a good time but where is the coverage for the homepage? How about the rest of the world? If we were really trying our best to "impress" the MSI people why not have some type of coverage about the event? How about the hunger walk? I understand neither dustrho nor myself were selected for the Mueseum and neither could make the hunger walk but can't anyone who attended committ to helping us spread the word????
