MWG Trooper of the Month
The Midwest Garrison is proud to honor troopers who go above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of the Garrison, their fellow troopers, and the community. Troopers are nominated by their fellow Garrison-mates, and votes are cast by the Garrison at large for their choice of the Midwest Garrison Trooper of the Month.
Each honoree receives a keepsake award from the Garrison commander, including a limited "Platinum Edition" Midwest Garrison logo patch on a certificate.
Sometimes, after voting, multiple troopers may be named as "Trooper of the Month" due to the votes resulting in ties. In this case, both troopers are awarded "Trooper of the Month" and a double entry is made in the archives.

Jim DeJan Trooper ID: 3853Congratulations to Jim "marstoq" DeJan TI3853 for February Trooper of the Month. DeJan's contributions to the Legion have made him TOTM for 2 months within a short period of time! This month, DeJan organized an event with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra who invited members to their performance. This event was further promoted thanks to DeJan providing an interview for a local paper beforehand as well as a pre-concert speech about the Legion. And to show he really goes 'above and beyond', DeJan really made the night special for one child looking to be part of the Big Brother/Big Sister program. Upon finding out this child was a Star Wars fan, DeJan and his group bought tickets so the young gentleman could enjoy music from his favorite movies! Thanks DeJan for all your contributions to the Legion!
